Opened in April of 2022, the AquaGrille experience was envisioned to transcend guests to a captivating, local dining destination, from the chic, craft cocktail bar and social lounge to the relaxing, alfresco terrace. Sophisticated yet serene, the restaurant offers a fun, approachable level of service coupled with an original, artistic approach to highlighting locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients and innovative flavor combinations.

Stephen Asprinio
AquaGrille is one of the latest endeavors from restaurateur, hospitality entrepreneur, sommelier and “Top Chef” All-Star, Stephen Asprinio. Previously, Asprinio developed the concept, along with the food and beverage program at 1000 North, and was then tapped to develop each of the hospitality experiences as the creative visionary for the four different venues and the overall property at Love Street (Beacon, Lucky Shuck, Topside and The Tacklebox). Prior to the unveiling of Love Street, Asprinio’s firm SA Hospitality Ventures, also designed and developed La Goulue in Palm Beach. And his first restaurant, ForteĢ di Asprinio, a fine dining, contemporary Italian restaurant that he opened in 2008, went on to receive numerous awards and accolades, consequently being named, “One of the Top 10 Best New Restaurants in the United States” by The Gayot Restaurant Guide.
